Nicholas County in southeastern West Virginia... * Until 830 PM EDT. * At 628 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Arbuckle Road. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
