Flood Advisory National Weather Service Raleigh NC 842 PM EDT Thu Jul 10 2025 ...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM EDT THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by high water from earlier excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Chatham, Durham, Johnston and Wake. * WHEN...Until 930 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 840 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated continued high water on some roadways and streams due to heavy rainfall. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
