Flood Watch National Weather Service Raleigh NC 950 PM EDT Thu Jul 10 2025 ...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT FRIDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Anson, Chatham, Davidson, Durham, Granville, Hoke, Lee, Montgomery, Moore, Randolph, Richmond, Scotland, Stanly, Vance and Warren. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
