South Central Scott County in east central Iowa... Rock Island County in northwestern Illinois... * Until 430 AM CDT. * At 1033 PM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area, leading to deep water over the roads through the Quad Cities Metro. Specifically, cars have been stranded in water along River Drive and 2nd Street in Davenport. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
