In northeast Wisconsin, Shawano and Waupaca. * WHEN...From 1 PM CDT this afternoon through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible this afternoon and this evening, with locally higher amounts possible.
