Southern Saline County in southern Illinois... * Until 930 PM CDT. * At 625 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding, with water approximately 8 to 10 inches deep flowing across IL-145 south of Harrisburg. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
