Southeastern Bureau County in north central Illinois... Northern Putnam County in north central Illinois... * Until 215 AM CDT Thursday. * At 814 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Trained spotter. At 803 PM, a trained spotter reported flooding in low lying areas in the town of Ladd. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Princeton, Hennepin, Spring Valley, DePue, Granville, Ladd, Tiskilwa, Dalzell, Bureau Junction, Mark, Seatonville, Hollowayville, Coal Hollow, Ottville and Lake Thunderbird.
