Lighter winds elsewhere. Passing outflow boundaries could bring sudden wind- shifts and increased fire-spread rates, even from distant thunderstorms. * IMPACTS...If fire ignition occurs, conditions are favorable for extreme fire behavior and rapid fire growth, which could threaten life and property.
