The coldest readings will occur from Fort Collins through Longmont, and also east and south of Denver metro. * WHERE...Boulder and the western suburbs of Denver, Denver, Castle Rock, and Byers. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation. Damage may also occur to unprotected outdoor plumbing. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
