URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Spokane WA 1220 PM PST Tue Nov 4 2025 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM WEDNESDAY TO 10 AM PST FRIDAY ABOVE 4000 FEET... * WHAT...Snow expected Above 4000 feet. Total snow accumulations between 7 and 15 inches. Highest amounts near the crest and Washington Pass. * WHERE...Western Okanogan County County. * WHEN...From 4 PM Wednesday to 10 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow will develop Tuesday night and continue into Wednesday. Near freezing temperatures will result in wet snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches before 4PM Wednesday.
