Total snow accumulations between 6 to 12 inches are expected along the Cascade crest and highest points of Highway 20. * WHERE...Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit Counties. * WHEN...From 4 PM Wednesday to 10 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
