Highest surf will be South of Del Mar. Elevated surf in conjunction with with the King Tides may result in in minor tidal overflow. * WHERE...San Diego County Coastal Areas. * WHEN...From Thursday morning through late Friday night. * IMPACTS...Strong rip currents and minor tidal overflow during King Tides. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High tide at La Jolla on Thursday will be 6.97ft at 8:34am.
