URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Jacksonville FL 1256 AM EST Mon Nov 10 2025 ...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 8 AM EST TUESDAY... * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 24 expected. * WHERE...Coastal Duval, Coastal Flagler, Inland Flagler, Northeast Coastal St. Johns, Northern Inland St. Johns, South Central Duval, Southeast Coastal St. Johns, Southern Inland St. Johns, and Western St. Johns Counties. * WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 25 degrees could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
