Flood Advisory National Weather Service Los Angeles/Oxnard CA 924 PM PST Fri Nov 14 2025 ...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 AM PST SATURDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Western Los Angeles County. * WHEN...Until 815 AM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban areas is occuring or is imminent. Potential for minor debris flows in and near recent burn scars. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 917 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
