Special Weather Statement National Weather Service Raleigh NC 202 PM EST Sat Nov 15 2025 ...INCREASED FIRE DANGER SUNDAY FROM 11 AM TO 6 PM EST... The combination of afternoon relative humidity values between 20 and 30 percent and westerly to northwesterly winds that will gust mostly between 20 to 30 mph will produce increased fire danger Sunday. Outdoor burning is discouraged. Please consult your local burn permitting authorities as to whether burning is allowed. If you must burn, use extreme caution, as fires can spread rapidly under these conditions.
