BULLETIN - EAS ACTIVATION REQUESTED Flash Flood Warning National Weather Service Hanford CA 130 PM PST Sat Nov 15 2025 The National Weather Service in Hanford has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... East Central Kern County in central California... * Until 430 PM PST. * At 130 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.3 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
