Flood Advisory National Weather Service Los Angeles/Oxnard CA 841 AM PST Sun Nov 16 2025 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 245 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Minor flooding of low-lying areas. * WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following county, Los Angeles. * WHEN...Until 245 PM PST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 838 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain moving into southern and central Los Angeles County. Short-duration intense bursts of rainfall will occur over the next several hours. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. - Due to the antecedent conditions, minor flooding and debris flows are likely across the recent burn areas, including the Eaton, Bridge, Franklin, Hughes, and Lidia burn scars. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
