Special Weather Statement National Weather Service Baltimore MD/Washington DC 948 PM EST Wed Nov 19 2025 ...LOCALLY DENSE FOG ON THE RIDGETOPS... Patches of dense fog have developed along the ridgetops and eastern facing slopes. This fog should persist through the night. Visibilities may be locally reduced to a quarter mile or less. Motorists should use extra caution, leave extra travel time and following distance, and use low beam headlights in fog. Conditions may change rapidly over short distances.
