URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Flood Watch National Weather Service Los Angeles/Oxnard CA 227 PM PST Thu Nov 20 2025 ...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM PST THIS EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following areas, Calabasas and Agoura Hills, Eastern San Fernando Valley, Eastern San Gabriel Mountains, Eastern Santa Monica Mountains Recreational Area, Los Angeles County Beaches, Los Angeles County Inland Coast including Downtown Los Angeles, Los Angeles County San Gabriel Valley, Malibu Coast, Palos Verdes Hills, Santa Clarita Valley, Western San Fernando Valley, Western San Gabriel Mountains and Highway 14 Corridor and Western Santa Monica Mountains Recreational Area. * WHEN...From 10 PM PST this evening through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rain rates between 0.50 and 0.75 inches per hour are possible overnight tonight with a 10-20 percent chance of 1 inch per hour.
