Flood Advisory National Weather Service Los Angeles/Oxnard CA 902 PM PST Thu Nov 20 2025 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM PST FRIDAY... * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Los Angeles County. * WHEN...Until 300 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 858 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rainfall falling across portions of southern Los Angeles County. Rainfall rates between 0.25 and 0.40 inch per hour have been observed in some location. Urban and small stream flooding is likely. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Minor debris flows from the Palisades burn scar are possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
