Total snow accumulations of 12 inches or more are possible between Tuesday night and Thursday morning. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of central Upper and western Upper Michigan. * WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
