Total snow accumulations between 14 and 25 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 30 to 40 mph, with gusts up to 50 mph along the shores of Lake Superior. * WHERE...Portions of central Upper and western Upper Michigan. * WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes as well as Thanksgiving holiday travel.
