In Indiana, Benton, Jasper, Lake IN, Newton, and Porter Counties. * WHEN...From 3 AM CST /4 AM EST/ to 9 PM CST /10 PM EST/ Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects, including holiday decorations. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
