Winds gusting around 45 mph. * WHERE...Clare County. * WHEN...From 7 AM Wednesday to 7 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibility and road conditions may change rapidly over short distances in lake effect snow. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
