Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Delta, Luce, Northern Schoolcraft, and Southern Schoolcraft Counties. * WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
