There is a likelihood of minor to moderate winter weather impacts. Total snow accumulations up to 3 inches. Rapid drop in temperatures could quickly freeze road surfaces. * WHERE...In IDAHO, Southern Clearwater Mountains. In MONTANA, Kootenai/Cabinet Region, Bitterroot/Sapphire Mountains, Lower Clark Fork Region, and Missoula/Bitterroot Valleys. * WHEN...From 11 PM MST /10 PM PST/ Thursday to 5 PM MST /4 PM PST/ Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
