Additional snow accumulations up to a couple inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Benzie, Leelanau, and Manistee Counties. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning. * IMPACTS...Snow and strong winds will lead to significant drops in visibility. Whiteout conditions are expected at times of heaviest snow and winds. Combination of visibility restrictions and snow covered roads will make for dangerous travel at times.
