Total snow accumulations in excess of 5 inches. * WHERE...Portions of central and west central Illinois. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 AM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
