Total snow accumulations between 4 and 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph Sunday morning into the afternoon will lead to blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions are anticipated due to slick roads and areas of lower visibility.
