Special Weather Statement National Weather Service Baltimore MD/Washington DC 817 AM EST Fri Dec 5 2025 ...LIGHT SNOW LINGERS THIS MORNING... Light snow will linger from Winchester to Baltimore through late this morning. An additional light coating of snow is expected. This will fall on cold surfaces, resulting in slick and icy spots especially for untreated roads, sidewalks, bridges and overpasses. Motorists should exercise extra caution this morning. Despite the light snowfall amounts, slick and icy spots are expected. Reduce speed, or delay travel.
