Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 5 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Mason and Oceana Counties. * WHEN...For the first Winter Weather Advisory, until 4 PM EST this afternoon. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 4 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
