Flood Advisory National Weather Service Portland OR 318 AM PST Tue Dec 9 2025 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PST THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of northwest Oregon, including the following counties, Multnomah and Washington and southwest Washington, including the following county, Clark. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM PST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 318 AM PST, Gauge reports indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Rapid river rises will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
