URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Gaylord MI 1236 AM EST Wed Dec 10 2025 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 6 inches. * WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan. * WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow amounts on the higher end of the range will be south of M-72 in northern lower Michigan. Snow amounts on the lower end of the range will be north of M-72 in northern lower Michigan. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
