Flood Watch National Weather Service Pendleton OR 113 PM PST Wed Dec 10 2025 ...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of central and south central Washington, including the following areas, in central Washington, Kittitas Valley, Simcoe Highlands and Yakima Valley. In south central Washington, Lower Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest and Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest. * WHEN...Through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Flooding has already been reported along the Naches and Yakima Rivers.
