Special Weather Statement National Weather Service Bismarck ND 1007 AM CST Thu Dec 11 2025 ...FREEZING DRIZZLE AND FOG ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHERN NORTH DAKOTA THIS MORNING... Freezing drizzle and fog will continue across portions of northern North Dakota this morning. The freezing drizzle and fog will deposit a thin layer of ice on road surfaces, resulting in slippery roads and hazardous travel conditions. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions. Do not use cruise control when driving on icy roads, and leave plenty of stopping distance ahead of you. Freezing drizzle and fog may linger into the afternoon hours today.
