URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Indianapolis IN 219 PM EST Fri Dec 12 2025 ...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT SATURDAY NIGHT TO 1 PM EST SUNDAY... * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, south central, southeast, southwest, and west central Indiana. * WHEN...From midnight Saturday Night to 1 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
