For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 15 expected. * WHERE...In Louisiana, Avoyelles, Evangeline, Rapides, St. Landry, Allen, Beauregard, and Vernon Parishes. In Texas, Northern Jasper and Northern Newton Counties. * WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 9 AM CST Monday.
