Travel will be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds have been slow to diminish today, but will continue to gradually subside through this evening. The highest wind gusts will continue to be near Knik Arm and JBER. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around or damaged by the wind.
