URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Portland OR 845 PM PST Mon Dec 15 2025 ...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM TUESDAY TO 6 AM PST WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...North and Central Coast Range Valleys of Oregon, and Willapa and Wahkiakum Lowlands. * WHEN...From 4 PM Tuesday to 6 AM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects such as garbage cans and other objects that can easily blow around.
