Flood Advisory National Weather Service Honolulu HI 957 AM HST Thu Dec 18 2025 ...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 PM HST THIS AFTERNOON FOR THE ISLAND OF OAHU IN HONOLULU COUNTY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The island of Oahu in Honolulu County. * WHEN...Until 115 PM HST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 948 AM HST, A nearly continuous line of showers continues moving over Oahu from the southwest. Heaviest rain is expected to continue falling at rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... the island of Oahu. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Stay away from streams, drainage ditches and low lying areas prone to flooding. A Flood Watch is also in effect for Kauai and Oahu until 6 PM HST this evening. && This advisory may need to be extended beyond 115 PM HST if flooding persists.
