URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Portland OR 104 PM PST Thu Dec 18 2025 ...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM PST THIS EVENING... * WHAT...South winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...Central and Southern Willamette Valley, Central Oregon Coast Range Lowlands, Clackamas County Cascade Foothills, and Cascade Foothills of Marion and Linn Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM PST this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Saturated soils could result in downed trees, and tree limbs could be blown down. Power outages may result. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects such as garbage cans and other objects that can easily blow around.
