In West Virginia, Eastern Preston and Western Tucker Counties. * WHEN...Until midnight EST Friday Night. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In addition to the wind, an inch or two of snow is expected across the highest elevations on Friday, which could result in hazardous travel at times.
