Flood Watch National Weather Service Seattle WA 253 PM PST Fri Dec 19 2025 ...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible as a result of regulated reservoir and dam operations. * WHERE...A portion of west central Washington, including the following counties, King, Lewis and Pierce. * WHEN...Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Regulated rivers may continue to remain elevated or increase as reservoirs and dam operators manage the water levels. River flows downstream of dams may rise or lower rapidly as a result.
