Special Weather Statement National Weather Service Binghamton NY 713 PM EST Fri Dec 19 2025 ...FALLING TEMPERATURES MAY LEAD TO SLICK ICY SPOTS ON ROADS... Much colder air has overspread Northeast Pennsylvania and Central New York. Lingering moisture is still present from the rounds of rain and snow showers today. Any surfaces still wet as temperatures fall into the 20's into this evening may turn slick from patchy ice. Exercise caution if traveling.
