BULLETIN - EAS ACTIVATION REQUESTED Flash Flood Warning National Weather Service Tiyan GU 435 AM ChST Wed Dec 24 2025 The National Weather Service in Tiyan has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Central and southern Guam... * Until 600 AM ChST. * At 435 AM ChST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy showers producing heavy rain across the southern half of Guam. Between 0.8 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 4 inches per hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible for this area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy showers. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, and streets as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Tamuning, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada, Yona, Hagatna Heights, Talofofo, Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana, Inarajan, Asan, Merizo, Piti, Santa Rita and Umatac.
