Inundation of 1.75 to 2.25 feet above ground level is possible along shorelines and low-lying coastal areas. * WHERE...San Juan County, Lowlands of Western Whatcom County, Lowlands of Western Skagit and Northwestern Snohomish Counties, Downtown Everett / Marysville Area, Shoreline / Lynnwood / South Everett Area, City of Seattle, Lowlands of Pierce and Southern King Counties and Island County zones. * WHEN...Until noon PST today. * IMPACTS...Minor coastal flooding due to tidal overflow is expected around high tide. This may lead to flooding of parking lots, parks, and roads, with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Coastal flooding will occur in the hours around the morning high tide. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth.
