BULLETIN - EAS ACTIVATION REQUESTED Flash Flood Warning National Weather Service San Diego CA 424 PM PST Wed Dec 24 2025 The National Weather Service in San Diego has extended the * Flash Flood Warning for... San Bernardino County in southern California... * Until 800 PM PST. * At 424 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 0.75 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... San Bernardino, Apple Valley, Redlands, Yucaipa, Forest Falls, Lake Arrowhead, Highland, Loma Linda, Big Bear Lake and Running Springs. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
