Total ice accumulations around a light glaze. * WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, southwest and western Pennsylvania, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia. * WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 3 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday post-holiday travel. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Slow down and use caution while traveling.
