Additional snow accumulations 6 to 12 inches. * WHERE...Northern Erie and Genesee Counties. The greatest accumulations will be across the Buffalo Southtowns and western Genesee County. * WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday evening commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
