URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Pittsburgh PA 134 PM EST Wed Dec 31 2025 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THURSDAY... * WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches. Snow squall conditions will be possible during the evening and overnight. * WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact this evening's and Wednesday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some patchy freezing drizzle is possible this afternoon leading to some slick or icy spots on area roadways, particularly on elevated or untreated surfaces.
